Energy Audit is to determine ways to reduce energy consumption per unit of product output or to lower operating costs. Energy Audit provides a "bench-mark" for managing energy in the organization and also provides the basis for planning a more effective use of energy throughout the organization. An energy audit is usually conducted to understand how energy is used within the plant and to find opportunities for improvement and energy saving. In the present study, energy audits are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of an energy efficiency program at sugar industries a name of Valsad khand Udhyog Mandali, Gujarat, India. In which, measured all mechanical & electrical parameters such as pressure, temperature, head, voltage, current, KW, KWH, Power Factor of thermal and electrical utilities respectively. The sole objective of this research study to faced energy conservation challenges & submitted technical report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with cost benefit analysis & an action plan to reduce energy consumption. Identified around Rs 615610.40 saving potentially which is 12.67% of total amount paid towards electricity bill of previous year.
