Edwin Bonilla Jr. is a 6 year old South Florida author and his first book, EJ Exciting Road Trip, made its debut at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami, Florida on August 22 nd 2015. Set in Selma, Alabama, at the historic Edmund Pettus Bridge, EJ's Exciting Road Trip is a modern day story of a little boy's dream to visit the White House. On November 14, 2015, EJ received a Moonbeam Book Award for Best Book by Young Author. The award is given to author of exemplary children's book that promotes childhood literacy and life-long learning.
