Time travel, black holes, and the acceleration of the universes make modern physics sound like a movie. However, it is science that tells us a fascinating story of discoveries and fulfilled dreams, of struggles and disputes, and of passion to understand nature. This engaging book will help readers understand once and for all what matter surrounds them, from the smallest to the largest. It will also teach them that Higgs-Boson is not going to make their bed, even if they insist!
