Félix Lope de Vega, also called Félix de los Ingenios, became famous by writing poems, novels, epics, and comedies. He is an outstanding figure of the Spanish Golden Age, and one of the most brilliant and prolific playwrights in world literature. More than 300 works are attributed to him.
