Es director de Soluciones de Consultoría en Retribución y Beneficios en Compensa (Grupo Howden) y director de Servicios para la Gestión de la Diversidad, la Conciliación y la Igualdad. Es patrono de la Fundación Diversidad. Con más de 35 años de experiencia como consultor en el ámbito de la gestión de personas, ha sido profesor en programas master de Recursos Humanos en centros de estudios para posgraduados y colaborador con universidades españolas en el desarrollo de programas educativos y de RR.HH. Autor y coordinador principal de Diversidad & inclusión. (Lo que no existe, 2022) y autor y coordinador principal de El mayor activo (Almuzara, 2008). Es colaborador habitual con la prensa y publicaciones especializadas y conferenciante en España y Latinoamérica en empresas y foros profesionales. Licenciado con grado en Psicología por la UAM, obtuvo el Primer Premio Nacional de Memorias de Licenciatura (1986).
