Autorenporträt
Javier García Campayo is a professor of psychiatry at the University of Zaragoza, where he directs the Master's in Mindfulness and is a pioneer of this subject in Spanish universities. Ed Shonin is a psychologist. He was a Buddhist monk for more than 30 years. He is the author of numerous research articles. William Van Gordon is an ex-Buddhist monk, a professor at the University of Derby, and an author of many research articles.
