Alejandro Lambarry es profesor-investigador en el Departamento de Filosofia y Letras de la Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla. Es autor del libro de ensayos Las ruinas de Babel. Escritores extranjeros en Mexico, las biografias Jorge Ibarguengoitia: un escritor entre ruinas y Augusto Monterroso, en busca del dinosaurio, y el libro de critica literaria El otro radical. La voz animal en la literatura hispanoamericana. Obtuvo el Premio Bellas Artes de Ensayo Literario Malcolm Lowry en 2023.
