This book presents a digital marketing plan through social media for the Centro de Verificación Vehicular C-XL32 in Xalapa, Veracruz. The theoretical framework regarding the digital marketing plan, the Mandatory Vehicle Verification Program of the State of Veracruz and the company was established.
