Dr. Bansod is an Assistant Professor at the Population Research Centre, Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore. He holds his doctoral degree from International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai. His area of research includes ageing and public health. He published several research papers in the area of population and health.
