More plainly, how did external factors like illiteracy, poverty, and ethno-religious conflict influence the election process as a result of which the state building process worsened?

O meu nome é Ali Chakari, nasci no Afeganistão. No Afeganistão, vivi o grave impacto da guerra, do terrorismo e da destruição de longa duração.
