The book deals with the study of Influence of IIIA- group elemental sesquioxides on electrical and spectroscopic properties of multi-component lithium lead borosilicate bismuth glass system doped with some transition metal ions. The investigation deals with the method of preparation, characterization XRD and studies on physical properties (density, molar volume, inter ionic separation, polaron radius etc.), dielectric properties (viz., dielectric constant, dielectric loss and a.c. conductivity over a wide range of frequency and temperature and dielectric breakdown strength at room…mehr

The book deals with the study of Influence of IIIA- group elemental sesquioxides on electrical and spectroscopic properties of multi-component lithium lead borosilicate bismuth glass system doped with some transition metal ions. The investigation deals with the method of preparation, characterization XRD and studies on physical properties (density, molar volume, inter ionic separation, polaron radius etc.), dielectric properties (viz., dielectric constant, dielectric loss and a.c. conductivity over a wide range of frequency and temperature and dielectric breakdown strength at room temperature), spectroscopic properties (viz., optical absorption, electron spin resonance, IR, Raman spectroscopy). These studies were extended doped with aluminum, gallium and indium.
