Dr. R. Vijay, Assoc. Professor in Physics at Usha Rama College of Engg. & Tech., Telaprolu. He received his M.Sc degree in Physics and Ph.D. in the field of Materials Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has published 13 research papers in international journals and is grateful to his guides Prof. N.Veeraiah & Prof. D.Krishna Rao.
