The widespread use of pesticides has also caused significant environmental pollution problems. Because of the widespread use and disposal of pesticides by farmers, institutions and the general public, the sources of pesticide contamination in the environment has multiplied manifold. It is, therefore, necessary to develop rapid and sensitive analytical methods for the analysis of pesticides. This prompted to take up research in the analysis of pesticides. This book reports the electrochemical reduction behavior and analysis of some selected pesticides by using advanced electrochemical techniques.
