In this book, the cyclic voltammetric behaviour of 1, 3 disubstituted propenones have been studied at various pH values and at different scan rates to know whether the reduction is reversible or irreversible and also the course of electrode reaction. All these techniques are helpful in understanding the mode of electrochemical reduction and elucidating the mechanism of these 1, 3 disubstituted propenones. Therefore this book is very important for the synthesis of organic compounds.
