This book deals with the investigation of the structural and morphological properties of a new class of copper(II) Schiff base complex, before and after electron beam irradiation. The core focus of this work is to explore the enhancement of catalytic ability of the complex on irradiation with electron beam. The authors have successfully illustrated that the efficacy of a catalyst can be appreciably enriched by modifying its morphology by electron beam irradiation. This study can further the research on the enhancement of catalytic efficiencies, by the surface modification of catalysts by irradiation by electron beam, plasma or gama rays. The author has been fervently involved in chemistry, with vast experience in teaching and research. The co-author is an outstanding student of the author, and this book is a significant part of her research.
