This book describes how Information and Technology has influenced changes in the World system and has left no stone unturned. This includes how the Governments have begun to use technology in order to provide better services to the community worldwide as well as to its citizens. The coming in of technology is also on the "ring side" of developing countries such as Zambia in terms of aiding and increasing knowledge that the world community holds and therefore, making it privy to some better ways and ideas to perform and share know how, in addition to the knowledge already encompassed by its people, government and other organizations within. Electronic Governance is in a way a "life made easier and more accessible" venture that is a necessity to the evolving of the world which insinuates that, inter alia, the way people, citizens or communities are governed must be up to date with change. More like an "iron sharpens iron" type of view. This study is a work in progress and hopefullyit brings some insight to what greater things could be done in our communities.
