Currently the needs of companies and their solutions must rely on the infrastructure that is offered to them, namely the computer networks of communication, and also to take advantage of its benefits, especially since in addition this infrastructure would best fit the architecture of the companies.The development of e-commerce requires the generalization of secure electronic payments, whereas in the Democratic Republic of Congo, it is difficult to obtain credit cards or payment cards accessible online for the public as well as for merchants, because of a banking system that has difficulty in changing its traditional habits; and in general, the lack of generalization of modern online payment instruments is explained in part by a lack of commercial aggressiveness of banks that are usually very solicited by the demand.In view of all the above-mentioned difficulties for e-commerce in the DRC, an alternative is offered by "mobile payment" (m-payment).

Bachelor of Science in Informatik (Option: Informatikmanagement) an der Fakultät für Naturwissenschaften, Abteilung für Mathematik und Informatik der Universität von Kinshasa (UNIKIN). Er absolvierte seine humanistischen Studien an der IDAP/ISP-Kikwit und machte sein Staatsdiplom in Mathematik-Physik 2007/2008 an der IDAP. Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Kikwit.
