Michael Frater is an associate professor at the University of New South Wales in Australia. He holds a Masters of Higher Education in electrical engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. in systems engineering from the Australian National University. Michael Ryan is a senior lecturer at the University of New South Wales in Australia, where he received his Masters of Engineering Science and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering.
