One may commonly call him Dr. S Pee. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Lau Foundation, United States of America. S Pee is an author of Elementary Mathematics Grades 4, 5, & 6 and co-authored math textbooks for 9th, 8th, and 7th grades for Liberian schools, entitled, Maths for Junior High for Liberia. He is a chapter contributor to several higher education books, including 'International Perspectives on Policies, Practices & Pedagogies for Promoting Social Responsibilities in Higher Education' and 'Strategic Marketing of Higher Education in Africa.'
