Nascido na RDC em 1973, Alain KACHANGA Bulere começou por trabalhar como professor em várias escolas secundárias da cidade de Goma durante 11 anos, antes de ser nomeado Prefeito de Estudos no Instituto Ziralo. É também membro do corpo científico do Institut Supérieur Pédagogique et Technique na qualidade de chefe de obras.
