Smart city is truly not a physical building, but it's a vision of an urban development to integrate information and communication technology (ICT) and Internet of things (IoT) technology in a secure fashion to manage a city's assets. Performance and interactivity of urban services is controlled by Information and communication technology (ICT) which reduces the costs and resource consumption. Thus, improves the contact between citizens and government. Smart city applications are developed to manage urban flows and allow for real-time responses. A smart city may therefore be more prepared to respond to challenges than one with a simple "transactional" relationship with its citizens. Yet, the term itself remains unclear to its specifics and therefore, opens to many interpretations. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.
