Shannon Griffin is a wife, mother, educator, public speaker, activist, and author (Black Man: A Superhero Story) with a focused passion for diversity, inclusion, and anti-racist education. She hopes to transform student, teacher, and community relationships by providing resources and support for equitable and justice-centered teaching, encouraging conversations around tough topics, and engaging in social activism. As a lifelong book lover and mother of four biracial boys, Griffin recognizes the power of positive representation and diversity in literature.
