Colleen Pease MacLean has worked as a group home parent for eight teenage girls, fostered two young boys, and worked for thirteen years with Child Evangelism Fellowship. With her first book, Elizabeth, Child Bride, she hopes to raise awareness about the sexual exploitation of children around the world and the need for increasing the safety of children. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys arts and crafts, painting, gardening, puzzles, and playing games with her ten grandchildren and family. She lives in Eastern Ontario on a beautiful property that dates back to 1845 in her husband's family. You can connect with her on social media and via email.
