Autorenporträt
The author, Gail J. VanWart, is a fourth generation steward of Peaked Mountain Farm in Dedham, Maine where her dog, named Preshus, once loved to eat the Wild Blueberries that grow there. She and her husband developed a dog treat in memory of Preshus and sold it throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond for several years. The author is also a mother and grandmother and has written many stories and poems about her farm as her farm inspires her in many ways.
