Elmer Ellsworth Foster (born August 15, 1861 in Minneapolis, Minnesota - July 22, 1946 in Deephaven, Minnesota), was a Major League Baseball player who played outfielder from 1886-1891. He would play for the Chicago Colts, New York Metropolitans, and New York Giants.
