Elmer Edward Horton (September 4, 1869 in Hamilton, Ohio - July 17, 1918 in Newark, Ohio), is a former professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues. He pitched in two games for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1896 and in one game for the Brooklyn Bridegrooms in 1898.
