In the meantime, man evolved and started using writing on paper as a tool for people to communicate. In this case, taking advantage of a person who is travelling, it is possible to write a letter to a relative who lives far away from us. Then came various ways of transporting these letters, such as car, aeroplane, etc. which reduced the time the letter (or message) takes to reach its destination. With the advent of Information Technology the process of communication using messages has changed the history of mankind. The Internet is the major technology that provides a set of facilities for communication between people, and one of the facilities is communication via messages. This paper identifies problems in the management of e-mail services at Caritas Moçambicana and proposes a model for e-mail management.
