Autorenporträt
Maria Vincenza Ciasullo is a full  professor of Management at the Department of Management and Innovation Systems of Salerno University, Italy. She is also an affiliate research professor at the Department of Management of Isfahan University, Iran and an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Business, Design, and Arts, Swinburne University of Technology, Malaysia. Her research focuses on innovation management, corporate sustainability, and service management. Jaques Martin is an honorary professor at the Department of Management of Toulon University, France. Since 1998, he has been a co-chair of the Excellence in Services International Conference (EISIC). His research interests focus on strategic management, corporate social responsibility, quality management, intercultural management, international accounting, and financial reporting.  Federico Brunetti is a full professor of Management at the Department of Management of Verona University, Italy. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Scientific Committee of Excellence of the Services International Conference (EISIC). His research interests include corporate identity and branding, macro marketing and corporate's role in society, decision-making in companies, and epistemological and methodological issues in management.
