Dr. Ronald Gilbar obtained his Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University in 2019. He continues to enjoy teaching early childhood education in a public-school setting, as he has for the last twenty-five years. Dr. Gilbar believes there is no better feeling than to see the growth of young children and seeing the excitement in their eyes when they learn something new. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, martial arts, scuba diving, and hiking. Dr. Gilbar resides in Norfolk, Virginia.
