Khuramova Khadicha Mamadovna - wurde 1971 in der Region Leninabad in der Republik Tadschikistan geboren. Im Jahr 1996 schloss er sein Studium am Namangan Institute of Engineering and Economics mit einem Diplom in "Textilien und Maschinen und Anlagen für die Leichtindustrie" und im Jahr 2010 am Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Land Reclamation mit einem Diplom ab.
