The prequel to An Angel for Amanda, Emma's Secret, Part 1 & 2, is the story of Amanda's mother growing up in the eighties. Emma and her sisters are raised under the most horrible circumstances. An alcoholic mother working in a bar and not being careful who she invites in her home creates broken and heinous lives. Is there no hope for children of abuse and neglect? Maybe, just maybe, God places good people in bad situations to help the lost find their way. Three sisters find hope in the neighbor downstairs of their old, run-down apartment in the projects.
