When your emotions run out of control, or you allow them to control your behaviors, it can lead to negative consequences, including depression, chronic illness, eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, fatigue, and lack of self-care and attention to your overall health.If you want to have emotional health, then you must consistently be aware of and understand your feelings and use various strategies to ensure these do not control your behaviors. Those who are emotionally healthy have many positive characteristics because emotional health is achieved through positivity.
