Dr. Lakshmipriya Soundararajan has completed her doctorate from Anna University in the field of Management sciences. She has published three books and more than 40 papers to her credit in Emotional intelligence, workplace negativity and other management areas. She is currently serving at Sri Krishna Arts & Science College, Tamil Nadu, India.
