Emotional intelligence and communication remain a key topic of concern among students, managers, and employees worldwide in today's workplace. Emotional intelligence transformed progressively from a mere notion into a dominant theory in many research areas within which its effects on human behavior were analyzed.The present study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence and communication skills in a sample size of 200 from a Multi-Sector State Private University in India. Contemporary research within the field of emotional intelligence has become extremely popular in connection to present-day communications, as it has shown effectiveness in leadership communications, workplace performance, and the creation of open and successful communication styles within the organization.
