Competencies such as self-awareness or Mindfulness, self-management of emotions, self-confidence, empathy, achievement orientation and entrepreneurial initiative, together with social skills essential for their own connection with the environment, are the basis for the success of a work team.This book aims to provide methodological tools to dynamize teaching, focusing on the objective of creating active and intervening beings in this new society, emotionally intelligent and with entrepreneurial initiative for evolution, improvement and change.Although it can be extended to any educational stage or to the world of work, we will focus on the specific modules within Vocational Training, which are the module of Training and Labor Orientation and the module of Business and Entrepreneurship.
