Therefore, the final conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and teamwork in teachers of the educational institution No. 64912-Marko Emilio Jara Schenone, Manantay-Ucayali, 2020, since the result Rho = 0.777 and Sig.= 0.000 indicate that the correlation is positive, moderate and highly significant.
