I believe this small attempt surely helps to unlock eye in new dimension of intelligence. Our behavior and leadership practices are the consequence of interface sandwiched between head and heart. This dissertation helps to comprehend the practice about this distress. In this schoolwork the five point Likert scale was used to collect information and analysis was made by using Mann -Whitney rank sum test, Spearman s correlation and linear regression analysis. This dissertation specifically helps for those who are interested in psychological research and wants to travel around new idea using positivist approach.
