This is a study for organization. It investigates the person-organization relationship. It can be useful as a confirmation of many theories, statements and researches, which research the relation between Trait Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, and Life Satisfaction, as well as the relation of every separate variable with other personal and organizational variables such as: age, gender, culture, property, salary, social-economic conditions etc. This study is supportive evidence for the usefulness of the Trait Emotional Intelligence in one s workplace. The biggest implication of this study is the statement that Trait Emotional Intelligence is a variable which can influence many organizational aspects and can contribute to the processes of improving the quality of the work life.
