This research work was designed to empirically investigate the impact of inflation on corporate investment in West African Monetary Zone (WAMZ) using annual data for the period between 1981 and 2011 for countries in the zone which included The Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. The objectives of the research are: to conduct descriptive analysis of inflation, to corporate investment and savings-investment gaps; to assess the effect of corporate investment shocks on macroeconomic parameters and to examine the impact of inflation on corporate investment among selected WAMZ countries.

He obtained Bachelor Of Science and Education in Economics from Lagos State University and Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from National Open University Of Nigeria. The author is a teacher and an independent economist researcher and his papers were published in foreign journals.
