This research work was designed to empirically investigate the impact of inflation on corporate investment in West African Monetary Zone (WAMZ) using annual data for the period between 1981 and 2011 for countries in the zone which included The Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. The objectives of the research are: to conduct descriptive analysis of inflation, to corporate investment and savings-investment gaps; to assess the effect of corporate investment shocks on macroeconomic parameters and to examine the impact of inflation on corporate investment among selected WAMZ countries.
