The book is an outcome of an extensive research project conducted in the Indian context for the purpose of suggesting the organisations to implement various employee empowerment measures by fostering a favourable empowerment climate to enhance organisational effectiveness. The project was mainly undertaken to study the perspectives and psychodynamics between employee empowerment and organisational effectiveness in selected central public sector enterprises in India.
