The main study of the research is to know the impact of employee engagement on productivity of Indian Railways. Primary data is collected from group c and group d employees in Southwestern Railway, Indian Railways. The outcome of the study is, employee engagement is having significant impact on the productivity of Indian Railways. It is also observed that, Indian Railways need to enhance the job resources to increase the standards of employee engagement. The research findings are unique and contribute to the existing literature in the field of employee engagement.
