The purpose of this study is to analyze the retention of staff at Ringo Group. Indeed, during our internship in this company, we noted in the company's documentation a relatively high turnover rate (2 to 3 employees per month). We therefore had to ask ourselves about this state of affairs. In order to understand this phenomenon, we first looked at the literature on the subject, drawing more specifically on the pioneering work of Louart (1991) and Chaminade (2003). Empirically, we used a qualitative study to identify the causes of frequent departures. Several factors were identified: remuneration that was inadequate to the efforts made, dictatorial management and work overload. To do this, proposals were made to the attention of the top management, namely: the implementation of a participative management and the salary revaluation which, in our opinion, would constitute a solution to the current situation already in advance.
