Questions raised includes; how transformational and transactional are TVE administrators? how do employee's in TVET institutions perceive their administrator's leadership attributes? how do TVE administrtors perceive their own leadership attributes? what correlation exist between the perceived TVE administrator's leadership attributes and employee performance? These were the core of this study.

Chinedu Caleb obtained his Masters degree in Technical and Vocational Education in 2015 and is currently enrolled in a doctorate degree programme in Technical and Vocational Education.
