Finance and Manpower are two main pillars of an organisation. While financial management depends upon external factors, the decision on manpower policies are purely internal. This book enumerates the importance of employee satisfaction to increase their performance. A mixed mode research was executed for an academic purpose, and left-over samples were once again analysed using Statistical Package of Social Sciences version 25.0 and a solid recommendation was arrived. It is to be noted that the data were primarily taken from two popular Universities in Jordan.
