Martha Ndungu ist Rechtsforscherin, Beraterin und Anwältin am High Court of Kenya. Sie studierte an der Universität von Kapstadt in Südafrika, wo sie einen Master-Abschluss im Recht des geistigen Eigentums erwarb. Sie ist praktizierende Rechtsanwältin in Kenia und arbeitet derzeit an ihrer nächsten Veröffentlichung.
