This book is the result of the same titled research project that was conducted by the authors and funded by the fund for support of scientific research at the South East European University in Tetovo, The Republic of Macedonia. The objective was not only to do a survey of employee satisfaction in companies from the Pollog region, but also to determine weather the main theoretical approaches are applicable in this region.
