Contemporary generations of employees are working in a modern environment with a lot of digital communication channels. This raises the question of what preferences employees have for internal digital communication channels. The book focuses on improving internal digital communication channels in large-sized companies by understanding employees' preferences. The author applies deductive reasoning and qualitative approach. The theoretical framework of the study explores the concepts of internal communication, internal digital communication channels, and employees' preferences for internal digital communication channels. For the empirical part, the case company's internal communication and internal digital communication channels are reviewed. Interviews are conducted with the case company's employees in order to find out their preferences for internal digital communication channels. Based on the results of the interviews, the study makes recommendations for the case company's internal communications.
