The potentialities of these graduates, if could have been retained in India itself, the country would be benefited immensely. Hence, for the well-being of the country it is essential to recognize the factors that lure the potential engineers to join a particular employer which is tried to be addressed in the present study.

Depois de completar o Mestrado em Comércio dirigi a minha carreira para a investigação. Concluí o meu M.Phil em 2014 e este livro faz parte da minha pesquisa M.Phil. Actualmente estou a fazer o meu doutoramento na Universidade de Assam e fui galardoada com a bolsa de Swami Vivekananda Single Girl Child Fellowship for Research in Social Science pela University Grant Commission (UCG), Índia.
