Daniel Chew is an IHRP-certified senior HR professional who is also multi-specialised in HRM (double masters), business, engineering, logistics, and education. Daniel has a doctorate in Business Administration and four master's degrees. He has held positions of OD and HRD training consultant, general manager, regional supply chain director, logistics consultant, engineer, project manager, R & D manager, lecturer, logistics and operations manager. Industrial Experience Daniel served twenty-two years in the industry-he started his career as an engineer, moved into project management, manufacturing, logistics operations, purchasing, supply chain and then diversified to human resource management, executive search, recruitment, consultancy, and teaching. Before embarking on his calling in teaching, Daniel was a regional director and general manager. Daniel's industrial strength is in the width of diversity and depth of experience as a strategic organisational leader, a developer of human capital, an industrial practitioner, an engineer, an educator, a trainer, and a mentor. Contract Lecturer Daniel has conducted more than 14,000 hours of lecturing at tertiary level. He has been serving as an adjunct lecturer with several universities, like Curtin University, Singapore University of Social Sciences, Kaplan Higher Education, Amity Global, RMIT, Stirling University, Edinburgh Napier University, University of Bradford, Murdoch University, and Southern Cross University. Daniel specialises in human resource management, strategic management, logistics, warehousing, transport management, operations management, consumer behaviour, Lean Six Sigma techniques, statistics, analytical marketing, quantitative methods, marketing, system simulation, business management, and business ethics at tertiary and postgraduate levels.
