- Eitan Ashman, a volunteer paramedic in Israel's Magen David Adom Emergency Medicine Organization, CrossFit coach, business owner, and Torah scholar, suffered a massive stroke in the summer of 2017, that he barely survived. After years of rehabilitation, therapies, and relearning, Eitan has made a surreal comeback in his journey of recovery. He and his wife, Leora, an educator, launched the Koach Eitan Initiative, an organization that strives to educate, advocate, support, and raise awareness about stroke, aphasia (a little-known language impairment), and disability. Rabbi Johnny Solomon is a Torah teacher and offers online spiritual coaching and halachic consultations.
